A younger sister to a brother, Anastasia is setting out to find and claim sisterhood on her own terms, in all its facets: 'from identity politics to pop-culture,' she says. She is just heading south from New England to do her MFA in creative writing.

First time here? Here's the idea: The Sister Project is a network of blogs about the many facets of the word sister, and the concept of sisterhood. A sisterhood of sister blogs, you could say.
