I agree with Mike M actually. It makes me think about how much of the world I have yet to experience and how little I really know about the way in which other people live. Also, your photos make me want to go up to northern New York.

The funny thing about that ad is that it makes me nostalgic not for home, but for travel; it makes me want to see other people’s homes.

I remember when your parents would take you up to the cottage during vacations, but it’s not possible to keep it safe when you moved to Gt. B. Squatters couldn’t wait to use it and ultimately ruined a once sacred spot. When they started stealing your family items…it just is hopeless. It is a sad statement that squatters don’t care if they ruin someone else’s property. Vacation cottages in the woods are just ripe for the picking of predators.
