THANK GOODNESS CAPUCINE NEVER STOPS being cute. She’s at the storytelling again (I posted her original animal tale back in November 2008), and I can see her recounting skills have advanced–so much dialogue in this one! She’s a budding writer for sure. And she’s got some interesting near-yoga moves there in the middle. To quote Madmoiselle Capucine, herself, “Wow!” ( 1:35)
Update: as of 5/09 this video is no longer private. Woo hoo!

Anna, this was better than the first one. I like that she asked her mother “do you know what villagers are”. This could be your daughter.
Liza – She’s so cute, it slays me. I’m planning on forcing my future children to speak French and then do pristine Capucine impressions (sike!) But seriously…frenchies are cute.
Glad I got to watch it before it went private. She’s so cute!
Thank you for this post! It is amazing to think that we all start off in life with such grand imaginations. I applaud Capucine’s mother, Anne for encouraging her daughter’s colorful and vivid storytelling. She takes the time to not only listen to her daughter’s stories, but to express interest and intrigue as she follows Capucine through the stories. What a tremendous way to nurture confidence and creativity.
Welcome, Kelly. I couldn’t agree more! Part of why I’m so enamored with Capucine is that it brings me back to a time in my childhood when my imagination was running wild. We’d all be so lucky if we could hold on to that! And with a Mother like Anne, perhaps Capucine will be able to.
Thanks for visiting!
