Smile, You’ve Got a Sister

beachgirlsA NEW STUDY FROM ENGLAND told us something we already knew: That having a sister makes people happy (and brothers, well…not so). Big surprise: Families with sisters are more willing to discuss feelings, and did better after crises such as marital break-ups, says a study of 571 subjects from 17 to 25 years old interviewed by the British Psychological Society, to be presented today in Brighton, according to the BBC.

Boohoo, I don’t have a sister. I always wanted one but have to make do with a brother. Bother!
